I had the pleasure to try recently the Kidichi Kitchen Experience: Traditional Cooking Masterclass, on a visit go Zanzibar.It was a great exploration of the Swahili culture & cuisine starting by being picked up in Stonetown and driven first to the local fish market.I got lucky on a private tour I could ask as my questions to my guide and the local farm staff.I love the variety of vegetable we can cook from, the proximity of running water to clean our hands at anytime.The Farm staff are very welcoming and friendly, typical Zanzibari. You get active so bring confortable trainers as you will go on the farm picking your own vegetable and spices.You won’t see time flying during the 5 hours of the experience as you will be on the move, either choosing your fresh fish, picking up vegetables or cooking and preparing a lovely meal with great guidance!I would definately recommend 🙏🏾💙💙💙

Itinerary for a 8 days Trip :
Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi
- Accommodation: DoubleTree By Hilton Nairobi
- Highlights: Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, where you’ll be met by your guide and transferred to your Nairobi lodge. Relax and prepare for the adventure ahead.
Day 2: Nairobi National Park
- Accommodation: DoubleTree By Hilton Nairobi
- Highlights: Begin your safari with a visit to Nairobi National Park, a unique wildlife haven located just outside the bustling city. Spot lions, rhinos, giraffes, and more against the backdrop of Nairobi’s skyline. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3-4: Amboseli National Park
- Accommodation: SENTRIM AMOBESLI LODGE
- Highlights: Travel to Amboseli National Park, renowned for its stunning views of Mount Kilimanjaro and large elephant herds. Enjoy game drives in the shadow of Africa’s tallest peak, capturing incredible photos of elephants, lions, and cheetahs. Relax at your mid-luxury lodge with full-board meals.
Day 5: Lake Nakuru National Park
- Accommodation: LAKE NUKURU LODGE
- Highlights: Journey to Lake Nakuru National Park, famous for its flamingo-filled lake and diverse wildlife, including rhinos and leopards. Explore the park on game drives and visit the iconic Baboon Cliff for panoramic views. Enjoy a serene evening at your lodge.
Day 6-7: Maasai Mara National Reserve

- Highlights: Head to the world-famous Maasai Mara, known for its exceptional population of big cats and the annual Great Migration. Spend two days on thrilling game drives, witnessing the spectacular wildlife and picturesque savannahs. Optional hot air balloon rides available for a bird’s-eye view of the Mara.
Day 8: Departure

- Cancellations made up to two (3) months before the Trip will get a full refund (Except for Corporate Away Days and Tailored Private Experiences).
- Changes less than 1 mont before the tour may be accommodated subject to availability and at the discretion of Global Encountours.
- For any Trip or Tour Booking, we require 30% payment in advance to confirm your reservation, 40% two months before your departure and 30% on arrival.
